Terri Rice, originally from Manhattan, Kansas is a graduate of Ft. Hays State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations. After college, she moved to Orlando, FL, where she began her career in golf management with the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. 

Rice developed, planned, and managed several of Leadbetter's Instructional facilities around the world including the Junior Academy in Florida.  She also handled Leadbetter’s personal day-to-day projects and corporate events. After ten years with Leadbetter, Terri formed her own corporate event management company -- SYNC Event Management, which she continues to manage today. She works closely with Fortune 500 companies in organizing their corporate events, assists PGA golf professionals in securing corporate days and served as Tournament Coordinator for The Players Amateur for four years.
